Refund policy

At LUNGU BEAUTY COSMETICS, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or request a refund, please review our policy below:

1. Return Period

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • After this period, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet these conditions:
✅ Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Must include all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

 Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

  • Personal care, makeup, or cosmetic products that have been opened or used (for hygiene reasons).
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale).
  • Customized or made-to-order items.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you return an item due to a change of mind or incorrect purchase, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

4. Return Process

  1. Request a return: Email us at shoplungubeauty@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request" and include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)
  2. Receive instructions: We will provide you with the return details.
  3. Inspection & refund: Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the refund does not appear immediately, please check with your bank, as some transactions may take up to 10 business days to process.
